My tips for weight loss for are making sure you get your exercise in at least 5 times a week if you can. It's not going to be easy, but it will be worth it. You need to cut off the fast food and soda. As time goes on, I promise you it will get easier! It's not going tobe easy at first, but it will. Dieting is 80% eating healthy and 20% exercising. I recently just srtarting squatting. Ever since losing weight, my butt has gone completely flat! So now I am just trying to tone up my body. It's really going changing up your routine at the gym. After a while it gets boring just doing the treadmill. Fasted cardio really does burn a lot of calories! That's what I am usually doing.
